Flavored Water | a recipe

It might be a stretch to call this a “recipe”. I’ve been needing to drink much more water than I’m in the habit of guzzling on a day-to-day basis. Last summer I served cucumber-mint water at a birthday party on a sweltering August afternoon, and we were all pleased at how refreshing and cooling it was. Last week, my two-year old rejected the orange I washed and sliced for her– so I tossed it into a jar with some strawberries and mint.
It was delicious.
As I poured out the flavored water into my glass throughout the day, I just kept adding more into the jar. Strawberry-orange-mint water all day long! My dehydrated self was very happy.
