Isn’t that such a sweet picture of a mommy and her little girl?
The mommy happens to be my friend Laura, with her 8 month old daughter Aydah. They live (too) far away in Tennessee, but are in Maryland for a visit and came to Annapolis for a visit yesterday!
Of course we had to get out the cameras and have a little photo shoot in between naps.
Aydah worked a cute pose even in the middle of a diaper change:
I’ve said it once, Laura, and I’ll say it again. I’m in love with her curly little cowlick.

We’re so glad we had the chance to hang out and play around with the cameras! Aydah, don’t grow up too much before we get the chance to see you again! She’s such a sweetie pie.

I had a mini photo shoot with Leah, who has got to be the most smiley 7 month old I’ve ever seen!
As you can see, she absolutely adores her feet.
Did you notice? There’s a hair on the blanket in that last picture! Of course I didn’t see it there when I was clicking away with my camera, but as soon as the pictures flashed up on my computer screen, that long curly hair screamed out at me:) Oh well, what can you do?

It took a little time, and it’s still not perfected, but I’m working on making the pictures on this blog bigger for your viewing pleasure!
And what better way to debut the larger format than this sweet little face!
What a perfect picture to start out with too. I also like the “heather grace photography” (“watermark”??) at the bottom corner.
